The management and staff were very friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay as comforable as possible. This was our 2nd stay here and we highly recommend it to others.

Nous y étions pour un week-end golf au château de Preisch et avons énormément apprécié l'endroit. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, près du golf, dans une rue très calme et décoré avec goût. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Vraiment rien à redire.

Petit dejeuner royal. Le personnel est super! Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et acceuilis comme des rois. Nous sommes ravis de notre nuit passée à l'hotel Alzinn

We stayed here 3 nights in a tour of n Europe, travelling here from Champagne on our way through to Germany. The hotel is very new therefore very clean. The rooms are well appointed, one small niggle was that you couldn't plug the bathroom sink. The hotel is in a great location to Lux city with a frequent bus service from just outside the hotel. The area is nice and quiet and the underground parking was secure. We ate twice at Le Jardin Gourmand which is a 10 min walk from the hotel, good food but with limited English spoken which we found in most of Lux. Another day was spent at the Spa at Modorf Le Bains, wouldn't really recommend it. All in all a good hotel which I would recommend.
